Privacy Policy — Ore Rush (English)

This policy explains how Ore Rush (the "Game"), published by BTT Studio, handles personal data. BTT Studio is the games brand of Bee The Tech LTDA, the data controller under Brazil's LGPD and the EU GDPR. Contact: privacidade@beethetech.com

No account or login. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
Your progress is saved only on your device.
The Android version shows Google AdMob ads and offers in-app purchases through Google Play. The Steam (PC) version has no ads and no in-app purchases and BTT Studio collects no personal data in it.

Ads (Google AdMob): to show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (and approximate location), device and OS information, and ad interactions. Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), the Game shows Google's consent form on first launch; you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad privacy, and reset or disable the advertising ID in Android settings. In-app purchases (Google Play): payments are processed entirely by Google Play. BTT Studio never receives your card or billing details, only a purchase confirmation (product and transaction code) that is stored on your device to deliver the item once.

Notifications: with your permission, the Game schedules a local notification on your device when your ore storage is full. No data leaves your device, and you can turn it off in Android settings.

Children: the Game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, portability and withdrawal of consent by emailing privacidade@beethetech.com. Since we keep no personal data on our own servers, most requests are handled through your device settings or your Google account. We do not sell personal data.

Changes: we may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
